Neurobrick is three independent proprietary-capital systems surrounded by a wider infrastructure fleet. Observation, inference, development and backup capacity support the money path without inheriting its actuators.

Independent proprietary-capital systems. Each holds its own execution authority, account boundary and local gates.

Human-only, sealed, safety-only and bounded machine authority are classified separately. Fleet membership is not capital authority.

The primary observer is off-box. A fallback can preserve visibility from a live-capital host, but it cannot preserve independence.

The money path

Separation is enforced at the actuator.

1. Proposal

Models, rules and research processes produce candidates. A proposal has no broker authority.

2. Gate

Each capital system evaluates local state, risk limits and human authority before an actuator can be reached.

3. Actuator

Broker credentials and order paths remain inside the capital boundary; fleet membership does not grant access.

4. Evidence

Receipts, ledgers and observer results describe a dated scope. They do not become authority themselves.

Topology is not authority

The tailnet currently contains 8 nodes, of which 6 were online in the observed window. Those counts describe reachability. They do not imply that every node can place, approve or alter a live-capital order.
